The School printer and copier upgrade has now been completed!

ACTION REQUIRED

Before you are able to print to the new devices, action is required for all school employees:

1. Open the Self Service application on your computer:

2. Run the SOE Printer Setup under the Featured section:

3. All old printers should now be removed, and the new Follow-Me printers installed.

1. Remove SOE printers.

A. Click the Start menu and click the cog to open Settings:

B. In the Windows Settings menu, click Devices:

C. On the left, click Printers & scanners.

D. Click on the printer you would like to remove, and click Remove device:

E. Confirm “Yes” on the two subsequent pop-ups.

F. Repeat as needed.

2. Restart. After you restart, the new Follow-Me printers will be installed automatically.
