Technology Use Agreement

In order to receive technology and support from EdIT, all School of Education Faculty and Staff will agree to the SOE Technology Use Agreement.

SOE IRB Data Stewardship Agreement

Each PI, regardless of IRB security level, is required to sign (along with their faculty advisor, if applicable) and return the SOE IRB Data Stewardship Agreement form to EdIT for SOE IRB compliance tracking.
