Peabody G040A Renovation

The renovation to Peabody G040A is almost complete, and it has been setup to our Advanced Conference Room standard. When Peabody G040A is ready for use and reservation, an announcement will be sent out from the facilities team.

New Scheduling Panels

All school managed classrooms and conference rooms have had a scheduling panel added at the door. These panels will light up green if the room is available, and red if it is reserved. On the panel, you can see what is reserved, and an overview of what the day’s schedule looks like. For conference rooms, you can reserve the room from the scheduling panel, but classrooms must be reserved only via the School Registrar.

Peabody G010 & 2040 Renovations

The renovations to our new Agile Classrooms (Peabody G010 and 2040) are nearly complete! 2040 has been in use this semester, and we’ve gotten great feedback from folks teaching in the new room. We are working through the final punch list items, and both G010 and 2040 will be in use for the spring semester. We have been working closely with folks teaching in 2040 this semester, and will offer broader trainings on the rooms soon.
